1. Develop a Recruiting Profile
The career opportunity with our client will be defined in the context of a Recruiting Profile. This document will include a detailed description of our client as well as the position’s requirements. The process of preparing this document serves the dual purpose of achieving a consensus understanding of the criteria for qualifying candidates and providing a compelling representation of the career opportunity. After management approves the final draft, it will be shared selectively with potential candidates and reliable referral sources.
2. Initiate “Fast Track” Recruiting
As soon as the Recruiting Profile is completed, we will work from our extensive contact network toimmediately identify and recruit candidates who may be qualified for the position subject to this agreement. Simultaneously, we will develop a complete inventory of potential candidates from our existing database to accelerate the process of candidate identification for both current and future recruiting requirements.
3. Select & Prioritize Candidate Sources for Research
Financial institutions and possibly other businesses with employees in positions of comparable scope and responsibility will be identified and selected for research.
4. Identify Potential Candidates for Our Client’s Consideration
From within the sources of potential candidates selected for research in step 3 above, individuals having an official title and functional description indicating they may be qualified for consideration will be identified. A record will be created within our database for the search containing contact information regarding all potential candidates.
5. Screen Potential Candidates According to Our Client’s Recruiting Criteria
Each potential candidate identified will be contacted by telephone and/or email to introduce our client and its recruiting requirements. Taylor will offer assurances of absolute confidentiality and confirm its exclusive relationship with our client; depending upon the individual’s qualifications and interest, Taylor will interview those qualified for consideration.
6. Compose & Present Candidate Presentations
Taylor will compose and present to management Candidate Presentations. These documents will include all relevant information describing an individual’s professional and personal qualifications. Of course, Taylor will respond immediately to requests for additional information about any candidate presented.
7. Schedule Candidate Interviews with Management
As candidates are selected for interviews, Taylor will coordinate schedules and confirm appointments. Interviews will be conducted as quickly as schedules permit. In preparations for interviews, Taylor will discuss with management a candidate’s specific career goals, compensation expectations, and criteria for making a career move.

8. Review Interview Results with Management & Prioritize Follow-Ups
Following each interview, Taylor will consult with management to determine what next steps should be taken. Unsuccessful candidates will be thanked appropriately for their interest and dismissed from the process. Taylor will sustain contact with any uncommitted candidates management selects for continuing recruitment.
9. Coordinate Internal & External Reference Checking on Finalist Candidates
If requested, Taylor will submit written reports to management describing the results of discussions with candidate references. It is recommended that our client obtain official records directly from the sources concerning a candidate’s financial condition, licenses, degrees, or military or legal records. Taylor will assist our client as needed in completing all required validations or confirmations.
10. Coordinate Negotiations & Confirm Candidate Acceptance of Offer
Taylor will, according to management’s preference, extend and negotiate an offer of employment with a successful candidate or support direct discussions to whatever degree is requested. Once the terms and conditions of an offer are confirmed verbally, management will submit them in writing directly to the candidate. Taylor will remain involved as needed to achieve clarifications, recommend revisions, and confirm acceptance.
