Melissa Price joined Taylor & Company in 2005 after serving as an Account Representative with U.S. Business Products. She manages Taylor’s recruiting operations, client relationships, and business development in the United States. She provides the firm with strategic planning and execution, pursuant to the overall vision and mission of the company. In addition, she serves as a search consultant and has successfully completed assignments for many of Taylor’s clients. Melissa graduated cum laude from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and a minor in Marketing. |

Caleigh Parsons joined Taylor & Company in 2004 after serving as a recruiting consultant with Crowe Chizek and Company, Certified Public Accountants in Nashville, Tennessee. She primarily focuses on Taylor’s recruiting assignments in the United States with specific expertise in the Texas marketplace. She has completed senior level searches for many of Taylor’s clients and consults with her successful candidates as they transition in their careers with new responsibilities. In addition to managing the search and recruitment process for Taylor, she serves as the team’s chief editor on all composition and presentation projects. Caleigh graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama with a Bachelors Degree in Language Arts. |

Sonia Rhodes has over 15 years of executive search experience specializing in financial services, including nearly three years of prior service as a Senior Associate with Taylor & Company. She returned to our firm in January 2009 after serving as a Senior Associate with Fiderion Group in Atlanta, Georgia. She has also worked as a Senior Associate with Korn Ferry International and as a Senior Corporate Recruiter for Accenture. Earlier in her career, she held the position of Vice President, Executive Search Consultant with Norton & Ritter, Inc., a retained executive search firm with specialty practices in Banking/Financial Services. She has recruited senior executives for commercial banks, investment management firms, insurance companies, and brokerage firms. In addition to her experience within the financial services realm, she also has a working knowledge of other recruiting arenas. Sonia is certified in Benchmarks® by the Center of Creative Leadership. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science. |

Angela Henderson joined Taylor & Company in 2006. She primarily focuses on the firm’s marketing & communications projects including publicity, publications, and online media. She has also completed recruiting assignments for many of Taylor’s clients and works closely with Rod Taylor on management consulting engagements, both domestic and international. She serves as Taylor’s systems manager and provides technical expertise in research and methodology to the firm’s partners and search consultants. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Troy University and an Associate’s Degree from SUNY Jefferson. |

Emily Buckhalt joined Taylor & Company in 2008. She serves as a research assistant and provides operational support to the firm’s partners and search consultants in all aspects of executive recruiting. She also manages Taylor’s vendor relationships and in-house accounting function. Emily holds an Associate’s degree from Wallace College.
